Eldon Heaston, 52, of Claremont, has been appointed to the Inspection and Maintenance Review Committee. Since 1991, he has served as executive director of the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District. Previously, Heaston served as senior technical staff for the Computer Sciences Corporation from 1990 to 1991 and in refinery operations for the Atlantic Richfield Company from 1977 to 1987.
